Since we got battered about in the storm, Hurrcane Bawbag has featured heavily in this episode. Flik talks a bit more about Star Wars: The Old Republic while Blighty brings the conversation down a couple of levels with 'Jedi motorboating'.
We both discuss how Civilization 5 is ridiculously addictive and may need to wean ourselves back onto Skyrim. Flik finds a relic from a few gaming generations ago and Blighty talks about bringing a bazooka to Duck Hunt.

Sammy Slacker
Keeping with my trend, I have been working too much and filling free time with Team Fortress 2 (blame Flik) so posts have been less frequent. I haven't uploaded a video to Youtube in a while either (also trying to rectify this evening).
So what's been happening? Mostly TF2 really, we are on target to do another podcast this weekend, prepare for the most random one yet I reckon. Serious game drought means we will probably rant about the crap that annoys us and possibly tell the odd tale.

As promised, we have stuck with the fortnightly updates and the fourth podcast can be found on iTunes or here.
In it we cover what we have been up to post-E3 and ponder morality in gaming. Flik expresses his opinions on religious advertising (to my amusement) and I let slip the day I showed my bare arse to some Jehovahs witnesses.... I am also put through an alignment test to see just how evil I am, you can find this here

E3!
Hello!
E3 is in full swing! A couple of small suprises but so far, nothing really big or unexpected. Flik is busy writing up his "armchair views" of each of the big keynote speeches over at www.criticalgamer.co.uk
Needless to say, he will have a LOT to talk about in the next podcast. When is it out you ask? After E3 is about as specific as I can be right now, allowing us the time to get a look at it all and debate over.
I am still working my way through my back catalogue of unfinished games, two Assassins Creed titles down already. I really need to finish this bunch before the next wave or they will never get looked at (I am talking to you Bioshock 1 !)

Editing...
Hello!
I am currently editing the second podcast, a few hiccups with the recording process has meant theres a bit of an echo....Currently testing the waters with people to see just how annoying it is...

Whats going on?
Hello and welcome to the B:GH Blog.
It's been a bit quiet round here lately, which is mostly my fault since technically I run it all. I guess a lot of it can be attributed to waiting on iTunes reviewing the first podcast - it is up now, go search for it, I'll wait here until you get back....
My headset died the other week so I have yet to get any more videos on youtube. In fact, I haven't really played any co-op with Flik since it just isn't the same without voice. Hopefully all that will be sorted next week when I pick up some nice new ones.
So what's been going on? Well I have been battling it out on Dawn of War 2: Retribution multiplayer. It's pretty good if you like RTS games but until you "click" with the metagame, even the CPU opponents on easy will be tricky!
Flik has been finishing off his achievement hunting on Dynasty Warriors 7 and "patiently" waiting for L.A Noire to arrive. It did today, and then he had to go to work, isn't life great. He has also been mucking about on Witcher 2, videos are up on his youtube channel.
So stay with us and within a couple of weeks the next podcast will be up (new and improved formula) and expect a lot more videos to appear.
